Guidelines for using Elite CC convoy control services and joining our community

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Elite CC ("Elite CC", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website at www.elitecc.co.in, joining our Discord server, participating in events, or applying for membership, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Elite CC regarding your use of our convoy control services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services and join Elite CC, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old. Under 18s require parental/guardian permission.
  • Own a copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator.
  • Have a Discord account for community participation.
  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Elite CC Membership

3.1 Application Process

Membership is by application. The process typically includes:

  • Submitting an application via our website
  • Providing info such as your experience, TruckersMP ID, Discord username
  • A trial period if accepted

3.2 Member Requirements

As a member of Elite CC, you are expected to:

  • Participate in at least one convoy event per month (unless on approved leave)
  • Maintain respectful conduct in-game and on Discord
  • Use Elite CC tags and follow protocols in official events
  • Follow all rules of the gaming platforms we operate on

3.3 Ranks and Progression

Progression is based on participation, control quality, and contribution. Advancement is at management's discretion.

4. User Accounts

You may need accounts for:

  • Discord (communication)
  • TruckersMP (multiplayer gameplay)
  • Elite CC website (controller features)

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping account credentials secure
  • All activities under your accounts
  • Reporting unauthorized use

We may suspend/terminate your account for unauthorized or fraudulent use.

5. Code of Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Harass, bully, or threaten users
  • Post offensive or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate others
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use services for commercial purposes without consent
  • Distribute malware or overload servers
  • Interfere with others' enjoyment of services
  • Use cheats or exploits in games
  • Engage in discrimination

Elite CC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal at management's discretion.

6. Events and Activities

6.1 Event Participation

For events, you agree to:

  • Follow instructions from event staff
  • Arrive on time and be prepared
  • Comply with event rules
  • Maintain appropriate conduct

6.2 Event Recordings and Screenshots

By participating in events, you acknowledge:

  • Events may be recorded or streamed
  • Your participation may appear in screenshots or videos
  • We may use these for promotional purposes

If you do not wish to be included, notify us before the event.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website and Discord server is the property of Elite CC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

7.2 Branding

The Elite CC name, logo, and branding are proprietary. Members may use these only as authorized while representing Elite CC officially.

7.3 User Content

By submitting content (screenshots, videos, feedback, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.

You warrant you own or have rights to submit such content and it does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Feedback and Suggestions

Feedback and suggestions may be used by Elite CC without restriction or compensation.

9. Discord Integration

Our site and services use Discord for communication. By using these features:

  • You acknowledge information may be sent to our Discord server
  • You agree to comply with both these Terms and Discord's Terms of Service
  • You understand Discord has its own privacy practices

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE CC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will:

  • Post updated Terms on our website
  • Update the "Last Updated" date below
  • Provide notice through our Discord server

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any reason, including breach of Terms.

You may leave Elite CC at any time by notifying management.

Upon termination, your right to use services ceases. All provisions which by nature should survive termination shall do so.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite CC regarding your use of our services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, it will be limited/eliminated to the minimum extent, so Terms otherwise remain in effect.

14.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of those rights.
